I’m an approved Texas LCSW-Supervisor (LCSW-S) offering structured, supportive, and exam-focused clinical supervision for LMSWs working toward full independent licensure (LCSW).
Whether you’re just starting your 3,000 hours or you’re within striking distance of the ASWB Clinical exam, my supervision is built to help you finish strong, confident, and on time.
Two ways to work with me
Individual Supervision
1 hour per week or 2 hours bi-weekly
100% tailored to your caseload, theoretical orientation, and learning style
In-depth case consultation, ethical decision-making, and direct exam preparation
Rate: $100 per clinical hour
Small-Group Supervision (maximum 6 participants)
2-hour sessions every other Thursday evening, 6:30 – 8:30 pm (secure Zoom)
Peer case presentation, structured jurisprudence & ethics review, ASWB practice questions, and group support
Perfect if you enjoy learning collaboratively and want to split the cost
Rate: $60 per hour ($120 per 2-hour session)
What every supervisee receives
• Official tracking of your 100 required supervision hours and monthly progress reports for your records.
• Built-in ASWB Clinical exam preparation (study plans, practice questions, test-taking strategies).
• Case consultation grounded in evidence-based models (Gottman, EFT, ACT, trauma-informed care, etc.).
• All contracts, evaluations, and Board forms handled electronically
• Direct access to me between sessions for quick questions
Most of my supervisees complete their 100 supervision hours and pass the clinical exam within 22–26 months of starting.
Limited spots – I cap supervision at 10–12 total supervisees so everyone gets the attention they deserve.
